Do I have to talk to sales to start using Dave?

No. Signup is self-serve: you name your organization, choose your workspace address, set an administrator email and password, and go through secure checkout to start a 30-day free trial for up to five seats. Your workspace is provisioned with you as its administrator. Contact the team when you want to talk through a large rollout, a SOC 2 or GDPR requirement, or anything the self-serve path does not cover.

Two ways to tell us, both inside Dave

You do not have to leave your workspace to report a bug or ask for something. The dialog opens from any screen and records which screen you were on.

A Submit a Report dialog open over the dashboard. A note along the top says it is reporting from the Dashboard and that screen context will be captured automatically. A Type toggle offers Issue or Bug, which is selected, and Feature Request. A Criticality row offers Trivial, Low, Medium, which is selected, High and Critical. Below sit a Summary field capped at two hundred characters and a Description field capped at five thousand, prompting for what happened, what was expected and the steps to reproduce it, then a Submit Report button.

Your workspace administrator. Only an administrator can renew, update payment details, or change the subscription; other members are pointed to their administrator rather than to a payment screen. If your administrator needs us, hello@hellodave.ai reaches the team.
